1948 - Founded as a part of ELMA - Household appliances
1974 - Became independent production plant for transformers inside ELMA
1985 - Build a new factory existing location in Ljubljana
1991 - Became limited company
1997 - Transformation to shareholders company capital concentration of 80 % shares in 5 active owner
2001 - Acquisition of ELMA TT Logistik GmbH, Germany
         - Founded of ELMA TT d.o.o., Serbia
2004 - Acquisition of  ISE-Iskra stikalni elementi d.d., Slovenija
